Solution Maker Program — Privacy, Safety & Terms

1. Eligibility

The Delilah Solution Maker Program is open to individuals of all ages who are passionate about civic engagement, curious about public policy, and committed to promoting a positive and respectful community.

To participate, Solution Makers must:

• Have a genuine interest in understanding real legislation
• Want to inspire others and spark positive civic conversation
• Uphold the values of kindness, respect, and productive dialogue
• Follow the Delilah Solution Maker Code of Conduct
• Have a parent/guardian manage participation if under 13, in compliance with online safety laws

Participation is voluntary, and Solution Makers join strictly as community supporters — not employees, representatives, or agents of Delilah.

Delilah may accept, decline, or remove Solution Makers at its discretion to ensure safety, positivity, and alignment with the spirit of the program.

2. Independent Solution Maker Status

Solution Makers are not employees, contractors, representatives, or agents of Delilah.

Accordingly:

• You are not entitled to wages, employee benefits, or reimbursement
• You may not represent yourself as working for Delilah
• Participation does not create a partnership, joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship

You participate solely as a volunteer.

3. Solution Maker Responsibilities

Solution Makers agree to:

• Promote Delilah on social media ethically and honestly
• Follow campus rules, codes of conduct, and all federal/state laws
• Avoid misrepresenting Delilah Pro or Delilah's capabilities
• Participate in meetings, onboarding, or content guidelines as needed
• Represent the Delilah brand professionally

Solution Makers may not:

• Speak on behalf of Delilah to media, lawmakers, administrators, or institutions
• Make political endorsements "as Delilah"
• Promise features not yet available
• Claim Delilah supports a political cause or party
• Use Delilah to incite harassment or organize harmful activity

4. Solution Maker Code of Conduct

Solution Makers agree to uphold the highest standards of conduct.

Prohibited Behavior Includes:

• Hate speech, racism, discrimination, or harassment
• Violent, sexually explicit, or threatening conduct
• Misleading, defamatory, or false statements
• Bullying, targeting, or harassment of individuals or groups
• Using Delilah content to support extremist causes
• Violating campus safety rules
• Posting copyrighted content without rights
• Any conduct harming the Delilah brand

Violation may result in immediate removal from the Program.

5. Brand Usage Policy

Solution Makers may use Delilah branding only as permitted.

You may:

• Use official Delilah logos, icons, and assets provided by Delilah
• Create content that truthfully illustrates the Delilah app
• Promote the platform on your personal channels

You may NOT:

• Modify Delilah logos or fonts
• Create fake merchandise
• Use Delilah branding in political activism context
• Claim to represent Delilah as an employee or spokesperson
• Promise features, partnerships, or political positions on Delilah's behalf
• Use Delilah branding in inappropriate or illegal content

Delilah may require removal of any content at any time.

6. Content Ownership

Content you create and post as part of ambassador activities ("Solution Maker Content") remains your property, but:

You grant Delilah a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Repost
• Share
• Promote
• Edit
• Distribute
• Incorporate into marketing

This applies to:

• Video content
• Graphics
• Photos
• Posts
• Commentary

Delilah will never use your private messages or non-public content.

7. Privacy & Data Use (Solution Makers)

Delilah collects certain information from ambassadors beyond regular users, such as:

• Application information
• Social media handles
• School affiliation
• Communications with the Delilah team
• Participation metrics (content posted, event leadership, etc.)
• Solution Maker performance analytics

This data is used for:

• Program evaluation
• Coordination
• Safety oversight
• Platform improvement
• Eligibility decisions

Solution Maker data is covered by the Delilah Privacy Policy, with the additional disclosures in this section.

Delilah does not sell Solution Maker data and does not share Solution Maker information with political groups or advertisers.

8. Confidentiality

Solution Makers may receive access to non-public information, including:

• Platform roadmap
• Pre-release features
• Internal strategies
• Solution Maker resources
• Marketing plans
• Delilah Pro functionalities

You agree not to disclose:

• Non-public product information
• Internal documents
• Pre-launch features
• Strategies or private communications
• Proprietary data

This obligation continues after leaving the Program.

9. Safety Requirements

Solution Makers may not:

• Host unsafe events
• Encourage risky activities
• Break school or city laws
• Promote alcohol-related or substance events as "Delilah-sponsored"
• Bring Delilah branding into political protests or legislative hearings
• Engage minors in ambassador activities

Solution Makers must:

• Follow all campus event rules
• Prioritize personal and community safety
• Avoid encouraging in-person political conflict
• Immediately notify Delilah of dangerous conduct

Delilah is not responsible for:

• Transportation
• Housing
• Event safety
• Injury
• Disputes between students
• University disciplinary actions

Solution Makers participate at their own risk.

10. Compensation, Rewards & Incentives

Unless explicitly stated in writing by Delilah:

• Solution Makers are not financially compensated
• Rewards such as merch, features, or recognition are discretionary
• Benefits do not create an employment relationship

Any rewards provided do not imply compensation or wages.

11. Termination of Participation

Delilah may remove any ambassador:

• For any reason
• Without notice
• At Delilah's sole discretion

Reasons may include:

• Policy violations
• Unsafe behavior
• Brand misuse
• Misrepresentation
• Lack of participation
• Toxic or harmful conduct

12. Liability & Release

By participating in the Program, you agree:

• Delilah is not liable for your personal activities
• Delilah is not responsible for social media issues, university rules, or disputes
• You assume full responsibility for your conduct as an ambassador

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Delilah and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your content
• Your campus activities
• Your participation in the Program

13. No Professional Advice

Delilah's tools, including Delilah Pro, provide informational and educational data only.

Solution Makers must not present Delilah's content as:

• Legal advice
• Legislative certainty
• Professional analysis
• Guaranteed political outcomes

Solution Makers agree to direct users to official government sources for authoritative information.

14. Changes to Solution Maker Terms

Delilah may update these terms at any time.

Solution Makers will be notified of material changes via:

• Email
• In-app notice
• Solution Maker chat

Continued participation means acceptance of updated terms.
