In memory of Virgil Price III
Born off the Atlantic coast of Florida — from a friendship, and a dog who never stopped watching.
Surface
Virgil Price III was a world-renowned freediver. No tanks. No apparatus. Just lungs and nerve — a personal record above 270 feet on a single breath, a spot on Team USA, and a legend’s standing all along the Palm Beach coast, where he taught hundreds of people to dive.
Through college, Delilah’s founder was his boat captain out of Jupiter, Florida — getting Virgil and his crew out safely and home again. On the water, between dives, they talked about the country, about civics, about how people get blindsided by laws they never knew existed.

May 2024
The Halsey shipwreck, off Fort Pierce. Virgil went under and never came back up. It was devastating — Delilah’s founder was set to captain the boat that day. For everyone who loved him, it was a loss that didn’t have an answer.
The original watchdog
Virgil had two black labs — Daisy and Delilah. They rode out on every trip and stood watch on the bow while he was under. The second he surfaced gasping for air, Delilah would bark and refuse to settle until he was safe on the boat.

The Build
The image of Delilah on that deck — alert, unwavering — became the answer.
Build a watchdog. One that tracks every bill, every vote, every legislator, across all 50 states — in a neutral, objective way. No sides. That’s why the mark is half red, half blue, with white in the middle.

Named for the technology. Named for the dog. Both do the same thing — watching over what matters.
Every bill. Every vote. Every legislator. All 50 states. Because someone should always be watching.
