Founder

Joseph Visconti is the founder and CEO of Delilah. Recognizing that his generation grew up with social media as a primary communication medium, Joseph envisioned a platform that could harness this familiarity—blending artificial intelligence, data engineering, and social connectivity to break down the traditional barriers between citizens and their democracy. His mission is to ensure this generation leaves democracy more accessible, transparent, and engaged than ever before.

A former Florida Gubernatorial Fellow, Joseph served in the Florida Department of Commerce, where he worked directly with senior leadership to modernize state programs and craft forward-looking policy. During his fellowship, he received the Jeb Bush Award for Outstanding Achievement in Public Policy for his proposal establishing the Office of AI Readiness—an initiative designed to integrate artificial intelligence into government operations to drive efficiency, transparency, and innovation.

Following his fellowship, Joseph joined the Executive Office of the Governor, State of Florida, where he focused on AI implementation, software engineering, and government efficiency.

Before his time in government, Joseph attended Bates College, where he competed on the varsity cross-country and track teams, and later graduated from Florida State University with a double major in Economics and History. His background in policy, data analytics, and technology fuels Delilah's mission to make civic engagement accessible to everyone.

Outside of work, Joseph is a lifelong surfer, musician, and runner, dedicated to creativity, movement, and the pursuit of finding solutions for the world's most pressing challenges.
